Time Schedule for Power diet for Weight loss

In the Morning

Drink  one glass warms water with lemon juice and one teaspoonful honey. It will reduce a toxin from your body for Weight loss.

Breakfast in the morning

Start with Fruit salad Eat light snakes like Upma, Paua or try with  Skimmed milk  + Whole-grain Bread Power diet.

Before Lunch

Drink tea/ coffee to increase  metabolism.

Lunch
One Chapatti  /Brown Rice half plate + Dal along with Salad with curd to help in digestion and
Some Daliya

Evening

Take VitaminC  fruits to fill the hunger pangs in the evening,
Drink black tea with biscuit wit out glucose & also eat  spout channa

Dinner
in the diner used Boiled Dal with brown rise with some Dalia
