How to Lose Weight & Belly Fat with Ginger Tea

Ginger is mainly used to improve the digestion system, and it also benefits us to lose weight and reduce our fat from a belly.

Accumulation of Belly fat is due to lack of exercise, overeating, hormonal disturbances and various other reasons.

Ginger is working as energy  boosting agent, and it also increases mobilization. So, Ginger added with tea can lose belly fat. Here is the method of preparing the Ginger tea for reduction of belly fat  recipes.

1.  Water- 4 to 5 cups
2. Ginger, 1 to 2-inch slice
3. 1 Lemons
4. Tea
5. Honey- 1 tbsp .

Start  boiling water in the vessels and once water gets boiled, add two slices of Ginger in the boiled water for around 10 minutes.  After that remove vessels from the gas stove and add lemon juice and pure honey (1 tbsp) into the vessel. Mixed with water and drink slowly. It energies you and reduce the belly fats.

Benefits, it reduces your belly fat because it suppresses cortisol production, and it also enhanced digestion. According to " British Journal of Nutrition"cites raw ginger as having a stabilizing effect on blood sugar, cholesterol and lipids." .
