Nuts contains multiple nutrients and gives health benefits by reducing  fat and provides energy. The correlation  between its contains gives balance energy, and also reduce body weight.
Based on the clinical studies nut does not associated with increase in body fat. In 1992, Fraser and other researchers  reported suring the Adventist Health Study, shown good experiance of  consumption of  nut and  risk of heart disease.
Clinical Trial was made for almonds vs. carbohydrates gives better results in weight reduction amongst 65 adults.
