weight loss programs

There are many weight loss programs available with dietitian. Please consult proper dietitian for consultation.

Selection of weight program is most important. First consult dietitian and tell them about your nature of your body.

Follow the guideline properly and visit as per clinic as per the defined time schedule. If you dietitian ask you to meek on next monday than you need to remain present on the same day without fail.

Do exercises as suggested and eat accordingly.

Drink warm water.... avoid cold water....

Take nutritional food to avoid any numbness.
