Diet plans to lose weight
I am working women. I have a desk job so I cant move more during office hour. I can do excercise a bit less due to home responsibility and time constraint. I have consulted dietician last week. She suggested me to follow the diat plan as er their guideline and also do some light excercise.
My seven days diet plan incudes:
First Day, you need to start with day one with only fruits as per diet plan. You can choose fruits of your choice. You must ensure to follow your diet plan as per your present calorie requirement.
Second Day choose vegetables you find most suitable with. Eat as raw or boiled as much as possible. Do not use oil or salt or sugar while eating raw/boiled vegetable. Drink enough water as per diet plan.
Third Day choose both fruits and vegetables you like with. Eat as fruits and vegetable as per yur diet requirement. Please make sure, not to use oil or salt.
Fouth Day you go with Milk, Banana and Vegetables as per diet plans to lose weight. The quantity of intake of milk(3 or less), eat banana(6 or less) and vegetable(less) as per your choice.
Fifth day stat with food like use rice and eat tomatoes (6) drink enought water too.
Six day start with eating rice and raw or boiled vegetables as per your choice. You eat rice in the morning period only rest of the day, eat vegetables.
Seventh day is the last da for your diet plan. Eat fruits & vegetables as well as rice (as recommended by dietician).
Itis the perfact diet plant, any one ca start with. I got good result. Kindly note that you continue some liht excercise as per your fitness and choice so that you will get good result of diet plan.
