Every one wonder about the title I put in my blog. Seven Secrete of Lossing Weight. It is most important for any body to maintain weight and must be active to remain fit. Here we go for discussion of Seven Secrete of Loosing Weight in Small but useful tips:
Here are the tips:
1.     Leave with nature and take enough slip and eat at regular time.
2.     It is crucial to fix up of your time schedule to maintain the weight.
3.     know your body and accordingly after consulting family physician you need to eat balance food (with enough nutrition’s).
4.     Do regular exercise and pranayam by spending 20 minute every day.
5.     Wake up at early morning and have  some walks in the garden or terrace or on the footpath
6.     Drink plenty of water As per the norms and suit to your body.
7.     Remain peaceful and do meditation in the morning or evening.
