Aerobic exercises may reduce the symptoms of Schizophrenia

It is one of the most suitable ways to lose weight by regular exercise and taking healthy food from the dietitian guidelines.




A recent study found that daily aerobic exercises may reduce the symptoms of Schizophrenia, known as a mental disorder. Its symptoms includes paranoia, social withdrawal, auditory hallucinations and loss of concentration 

The study was held by Mr Joseph Firth from the University of Manchester. He noted that many Schizophrenia patients have problems with loss of concentration, memory and other problems. These factors are responsible for non-performance in the real world. But he said that aerobic exercise can improve the work function of  brain
