Tips to Live Hundred years

1. Sleep and wake up at the regular time period and take atleast 6-8 hours sleep.
2. Do meditations on regular bases.
3. Drink lemon juice in the morning and eat dryfruits like almond and anjir.
4. Drink four-five litter water per day
5. Eat food (With all nutritions) on regular time.
