How to reduce Obesity?
Every one has same questions, out of ten people around us four to five people facing the same problem of obesity. There are several reasons behind the problem like lifestyle, reaction after medication or operation, hereditary etc. Obese people facing the common problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis etc.
There are some useful tips for reducing obesity gradually:
- Change the habits of eating the foods and also change the life style too. Walk 30-40 minute regularly every day it is either brisk walking or normal walking depends on your health condition.
- Ship warm water with honey in the early morning
- Spend at least half-hour time to chew the food properly so that it can be digested properly.
- Avoid sugar and butter, in your daily food. It does not mean completely but take it in a small portion.
- Sleep at regular time at around 10 pm and walk up at 5 am.
- Do pranayam and baba ramdev yoga to keep your body flexible.
- Take some herbal treatment / any alternative treatment to reduce weight.
- Finally if you are not able to reduce your excess weight than go for surgery by consulting your doctor.
