The ,Sonoma Diet developed by noted dietitian Connie Guttersen for a weight loss purpose. The entire program is based on control and eating only some suggested foods

The foods are whole grains,  broccoli, tomatoes, bell peppers, grapes, almonds, strawberries, spinach, blueberries including olive oil.
