Indian Diet to Reduce Belly Fat

To start with

Morning:

One glass warms water with honey and lemon.

Breakfast:

Khakhra or diet biscuits (1 or 2) with i glass milk (Skimmed)

Lunch:

Chapati (Two or Three) + Salad + Mung Dal  + Sabaji (less Oil without potatoes)

Evening:

Khakhra or Diet biscuits (1 or 2) or Mamra

Dinner:

Skip heavy dinner eat any fruit with milk.
