In present time we normally take full of refined foods, trans fats, and sugar, it leads to some chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, Parkinson’s, depression and infertility etc.

One day while I have left a gym, my instructor told one gentleman to go for paleo diet? I head that discussion and asked the instructor about what is the paleo diet? How it differs from Atkin diet?


The instructor told me The Atkins diet start with consuming low carbohydrate in the first phase and increases as per requirement. It allows you to take  20g carbohydrates per day in the first phase while  The Paleo diet you can take  150g carbohydrates daily, depending on dieter goals.

 Paleo diet contains fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, lean meats, seafood and healthy fats. It means the paleo diet is planted to take balanced protein intake.

Diets rich in Monounsaturated Fats and Omega-3 fats reduce the risk of obesity, cancer, diabetes, heart disease etc.
